     At the company’s records formation we use one of the most popular bookkeeping systems in the market today, the system we use is Quickbooks on it’s desktop version, always using the most updated version.

     We use an integration method through bank feeds making the process faster and more efficient in data entry, with the intention of dedicating more time to the most important part which is the analysis and the appropriate classification of transactions.

     Our bookkeeping process consist in provide our clients with a monthly profit and loss statement, and a general balance sheet report and we accompany this with quarterly meetings to clean possible errors, clarify and analyze the company’s finances.
